Their courier company always give me same fcuking problems..
Look at the delivered date, 2 December and fyi, I was home the whole night.
I did not even received a fcuking knock on my door and was stated as delivered?!
BIGGEST JOKE OF THE DAY..
How about signature? Who signed the received statues?

If I can't track the 'REAL' statues of my parcel, why the fcuk should I still opt for registered.
If the courier couldn't give the 'real' statues of the parcel, why the fcuk you still operate?

I called Qoo10 to notify them about this problem and demanded an answer from their in-charge.
I contacted them on 5/12/2014 morning and till today, not even a single call or email from their side.
WELL DONE~~~~
The worst part was, I received my parcel on 5/12/2014 night.
The deliveryman still have the cheek to say he was busy..
FCUK YOU!
If you are god damn busy, it's okay if you sign received on behalf of us.
Maybe because its your company policy or must to send on time but at least give us a call and let us know when you will send our parcel.
Qoo10 and Qexpress have no integrity!
Please consider carefully whether to make any purchase with them.

I'm a seller from Thailand. I tried to establish seller's account on Qoo10. I waited 2 month just to get my account verified. And still they could not let me sell. It seems like there is no support at all. Bad service.
