Congrats to Qxpress! Another new story about their "VERY RECOMMENDED" service.
If only I can choose the mailing company instead of using them.
I will be more than happy to continue shopping on Qoo10.

Today, I had the "BEST EXPERIENCE" with them again(:
Look at the delivered timing and date. Was last night.
The delivery address is my company so I thought they passed it to the guard house.
I went to reception and guard house to look for the parcel but no parcel for me.
The most amazing thing was guess who signed the parcel on behalf of me??
Saw the signature? You can actually figure out it was the deliveryman who signed!
How could he sign himself without asking the receiver to sign?
I called the delivery total of 3 times today. From 9am till 2pm.
I was asked to wait for the call from them to inform me about my parcel.
The final time, I don't the patient to wait anymore..
I called them and this lady name Isah (Not keen in her name at all) spoke to me.
The way she spoke to me were extremely RUDE.
She don't let me complete my sentences while I speak and when I actually told her about this..
She replied me: Oh.. Okay.. (In a damn sarcastic tone.)
Well, of course I scolded at her for the tone and the words she used.
How can they ask me to wait patiently when I didn't receive my parcel but was stated as DELIVERED?!
Believer me, if her parcel went missing too, she won't be so patient either.
She promised to return my call in 15 mins time and same as the last time..
I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL AGAIN~~
Luckily after hanging up the phone call, my receptionist called me and told me, the parcel just arrived.
YES, I used the word "JUST".
Because before leaving the reception, I saw the deliveryman, holding on to a parcel which is mine, came in.
Now I wonder:
Why was my parcel signed last night?
How come it was only delivery this afternoon when it stated as Delivered last night?
Anw, I have another parcel waiting for them to deliver too.
We shall see how this parcel goes?! :)
I understand how you feel. I encountered before the driver signed on my behalf & left at doorstep or with neighbour! Luckily, my parcels didn't go missing.
ReplyDeleteI even called Qxpress but all CS officers are very rude! They couldn't be bothered at all! Plus some drivers! If they were in our shoes, how would they feel! Moreover, the delivery was delayed!
Most sellers still use Qxpress. Why can't they consider Singpost registered mail or smartpac? Other courier services are much more better.
Perhaps because the drivers are Paid $2 per parcel. thats what i heard.
ReplyDeleteQexpress charge as low as $3.19 for a parcel up to 5kg for a seller.
So driver will also get little.
Also depends on yr area of delivery. The guy who delivers to my place will sign on my behalf and then hide the parcel in the electrical riser beside my main door. Then he will sms that he delivered the parcel and where he hid it. Haha

I am the one that called them each time. You are lucky to meet some one nice.
I had it worst. I didn't order any item using qexpress from qoo10 n 2 Asshole youngster came knocking on my door claiming their friend make a wrong delivery to my doorstep in late evening few days ago. They insist I "check "..how to check if u leave item at doorstep without calling Recipient? Could hv been stolen liao. Or they take the goods n blame it on me?! I will nvr shop wif qoo10 again as they use qexpress mostly.

I called qoo10 n the Filipino lady said qexpress logistic not under them n gave me qexpress number to call instead. So I called qexpress Cust Svc n told her wat happened but she sound very defensive. She asked if I had taken down their names..how could I as I was seriously trying to defend myself against two youngster who keep insisting the parcel was at my doorstep. Going to call police n take their pictures if they come bk a third time.

No they hvn come bk for third time...I said IF they did then no choice I hv to call police n take their pictures. It's as gd as getting harass by loanshark runners. Lucky most Flats hv cctv downstairs so I still cld verify wif police if anything happens. Next time I am shopping wif retailers that use their own ppl or singpost.
DeleteHi to all, I am now waiting impatiently for my item which I had ordered on 19 July but yet to be delivered, waited whole day for them yesterday and called them today but was told delivery will take 2 to 3 days even the shipping info stated as being out for delivery yesterday. On a previous occasion , the wrong item was sent to me because some blind ass there happens to paste the wrong address sticker even though the correct name from the seller was there! Are they working with their eyes closed! This might be the last time that I am shopping at Qoo10...no thanks to Qxpress
ReplyDeleteMost Qoo10 retailers use qexpress for delivery n these delivery ppl no training or delivery protocol.. Suka Suka throw parcel/package at doorstep n consider it done..some will call some will not bother..poor attitude from top to bottom..I believe that qexpress n Qoo10 r Co-shareholders in bizness.. N they deliver wrongly also Suka Suka blame customers. That is y I hv de-register my account wif Qoo10. From G-market change name to Qoo10, obviously trying to shake off their shady image
ReplyDeletehi everyone, it also happened to me yesterday. the parcel was not there when I arrive at my place. I was at the office when they claimed that the parcel was delivered they also signed it themselves. right now im still waiting for the q xpress customer service to call me as what they promised me awhile ago.. can you advise me on what to do? the items I purchased really cost a lot and supposedly it was gift for my brother.
ReplyDeleteI had a very different experience though. I ordered a bag from Qoo10, and it was delivered via qxpress, but i received it after the weekends and a public holiday because i purchased the item on friday. The delivery was fast as i received the item the day after the public holiday which was kind of surprising. However i was not aware of it coming so quickly so i was out of the house until 4pm and also every other people in my house went out for work. I went home and found my wrapped up bag in the shoerack but not at the doorstep which was a great relief. Also, the delivery man text me about it being placed in the shoerack as no one was home in a polite way and when i said i received it, he said thank you. It was kind of shocking to know what you have been through. I guess qxpress may have improved its service over the years?
ReplyDeleteI m surprised at de numerous negative comments abt Qxpress. I hv purchased several times fr Qoo10 n Qexpress delivery guys always contact me abt delivery. I will ask them to put parcel under my shoe rack, and all de time they do it very well. My parcels hv not gone missing each time. My experience with de delivery service has been pleasant all along. So keep it up Qexpress!
ReplyDeleteHi everyone, this post was written in 2014. I had been shopping with Qoo10 on and off this 2 years and I would say qexpress had improved in their service. I received my items on time and so far, i didn't miss any of the mailing. So hopefully they will continue this good services:)
ReplyDeleteHello - I am just currently chasing down a delivery with Qxpress. I ordered something on Qoo10 on 17/6 and shipping status states "starting delivery on 18/6. Then status changed to "delivered" on 27/6 with a scanned signature that is not mine or anyone in household. I have not received the goods. I have emailed 3 times to seller, twice to Qoo10 and now twice to Qxpress. Qoo10 says I need to contact Qxpress directly but their phone is ALWAYS busy. So I am very unhappy - does this mean they can just take my money and not deliver the goods? Is there anything I can do to get a refund.. which I may not get as Qxpress claims it is delivered?
ReplyDeleteHi there. You can try calling the hotline and demand an answer from them. If really need to, you should file a police report against them. You pay for nothing!
DeleteBy far, qxpress is the best courier delivery service in Singapore now. Over my past 2 years experience, they had never failed to pick up and never fail to deliver it the next day !! Now the deliveryman are not allow to drop and hide your parcel anywhere without your verbal permission, just make sure your mobile number is up to date. I am qoo10 seller and make delivery with qxpress daily.
ReplyDeleteJust to share my personal experience with qexpress delivery. Normal time they are ok. I got their services frequently especially i buy stuffs from qq10. Its when the time i need to understand what time they are coming on saturday as i need to go out about 1.30pm. I hope to get the item by today (sat) else they will deliver on monday. And i needs the item by this weekend. So i call their customer s hotline. The lady told me their delivery start only after 11am. I seen status online 7.50am out to delivery. Its ok. I request thru the cso if can help to contact the delivery person n let him know if possible sent me b4 1pm. Sge say the deliver person will call before they come. Yes i know thats sop. I m putting in a special request due to no one might be in after 1. Or 1plus. The lady keep insist that their delivery will call ne before coming. Apparently she does not seem to understand the reason i ask for assistant. I got a bit emotional n gave her a small lecture in badic customer service. Try to listen to customer n understand the circumstance n offer assistant. But she keep repeating that the delivery ppl will call before coming. I told her if i can only contact their cso. N its their cso job to try to inform their delivery person whom are outside. In the end iplead for help from her to help pass a message by their mean. Try at least. Finally she asked for my parcel number n say she try to let her delivery guy knows about it. In the end if she does or not i would not know. Seems like they the cso are not adequately trained. If they cannot try to help customer n simply tell about sop. Than whats the point of the hotline ? We can read the faq. They doesn't seem to know their job. Maybe the work is stressful , alot of callers impatient. But its their job. At least listen first n try to offer help. But that cso simply repeat that the delivery guy will call before they come.that i already know. Give up.if not urgent i simply is fine to wait for monday. :(. Just to share frustration when u call to try ask for help from them, its not easy. The cso are like robot. They tell u the sop. Makes one feel helpless in a situation. Why can't they try to have one more happy customers. :(. It boils down to their management n supervisors adequacy also. Poorly trained customer services personnel. Just share a rant :) not complaining. Nit following up or else will state date n time called the duty staff can be tracked. Don want to do that. She is not that bad. Just don sound very helpful when i needed theit help. She is polite throughout. Though. Just that she seem very reluctant to help contact the delivery staffs outside. Maybe they also can get scolded . But thats their job n obligation. Thanks. Just share a rant n no further action is needed. Cheers. :) usually i m cool. Haha.

ReplyDeletePlease advise what is the best way to arrange for re-delivery as I waited 6 hours but delivery turns up after I left house on the 7th hour.
Now I'm not receiving any email reply from qxpress for 3days nor am I able to get anyone to answer the call ever since.
